Data Protection Policy

For the purposes of that set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th on Personal Data Protection (hereafter “LOPD”), and other applicable legislation, mmmm informs all clients and any third party that may provide this office with their personal data of our Personal Data Protection Policy.

The Data Protection Policy described herein will be applicable to the collection of personal data by mmmm by any method including both written and electronic correspondence, acceptance of business cards, communication of data by telephone, web site or the filling in of official forms. It is understood that any client and/or third party that provides mmmm with its personal data does so voluntarily and of their own free will and with their express and unequivocal consent.

Database: Personal data collected by mmmm by any method will be incorporated into the databases named “mmm&m Contacts” and “mmmm Clients” located at the mmmm company headquarters and the registration numbers 2060550832 and 2060550834 respectively will be communicated to the Data Protection Agency. The database named “mmmm Contacts” only contains data for identification purposes such as name, surnames, companies, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. The database named “mmmm Clients” contains, in addition to data for identification purposes, other data that rate it as a medium level security file.

Purpose: The purpose of said databases is the general management of the office with the aim to provide quality service to its clients and to maintain contact with said clients and other professional contacts. mmmm can likewise use this personal data to send legal, commercial or any other type of information that mmmm deems of interest for its clients and/or third parties. No individual is under any obligation to provide this data with the consequence that, in this event, mmmm will not be able to contact or provide this individual with any service.

Rights: Any third party that has provided mmmm with their personal data has the right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose as regards their personal data. Said rights must be exercised in writing and received in the company headquarters of mmmm.

mmmm will comply with the obligation of secrecy established in applicable legislation with regards to the data contained in the database. The office reserves the right to modify its Data Protection Policy according to current applicable legislation.
