Firm

Profile

We are a medium-size international firm in Spain and Portugal, with 40 lawyers, able to act fast, rapidly and dynamically, at par with the biggest firms. We are characterised by our marked multicultural competence, particularly in relation to German-speaking countries. From our offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Palma and Lisbon, we advise and assist foreign enterprises when conducting their business in Spain and Portugal.

We are living in a constantly changing world; although it is impossible to predict the future, we strive each day to always be at the forefront. We greatly value direct contact with our clients, allowing us to rapidly detect the challenges and issues they face in the various sectors in which they operate. This closeness has resulted in the trust they place in our firm, which we have rewarded with our impeccable service.

International

We were born to provide advice to German-speaking enterprises, and are the leading firm in Spain in this field. Our work is renowned in and outside Spain, to logically also include national enterprises. Thanks to several best friend relationships with U.S. firms, we have opened our US Desk, servicing corporate and private US clients with an interest in conducting business or carrying out business activities in Spain and Portugal. In this way, we will continue to consolidate our positioning as an international firm.

Some of our lawyers are active members of international associations, such as UIA, IBA and AIJA. We have also co-founded and sponsored CBBL Cross Border Business Lawyers, the first and only global network of German-speaking law firms, currently present in 60 countries all over the world.
