Consuelo specialises in intellectual property and new technologies, and offers experience in consultancy on trademark law, industrial designs, copyright, patents, unfair competition, fair competition practices, e-commerce and data protection. She has advised both individuals wishing to protect their intangible assets and national/international enterprises in many different sectors: pharmaceuticals, garment industry, art, shows, audiovisual industry, IT, etc.
She worked as a legal research assistant in a boutique lawfirm, specialised in Intellectual Property, in Düsseldorf, where she also obtained an LLM in Intellectual Property. Consuelo defended her master’s thesis before the Intellectual Property Office of the European Union.
She is a practising member of the Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB).
She has published various articles and has participated in conferences and research seminars on Intellectual Property.
Consuelo graduated in Law from Universidad de Valencia and was awarded a two-year scholarship to study German Law at Albert Ludwigs Universität Freiburg (Germany).
She speaks Spanish, German, English and Catalan.
