José María Rocalba leads the Insolvency Department.

Spanish lawyer and insolvency administrator. He specialises in insolvency, litigation, corporate law, general terms for international contracting and corporate restructuring.

Voting Member of the Insolvency Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). He is also a lecturer for the Insolvency Law Masters offered by the Barcelona Bar Association.

He has a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a Masters in Legal Practice from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

He speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan.
