Germany is Spain\u2019s second most important trading partner after France.\u00a0Spanish exports<\/strong>\u00a0to the three German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) currently amount to about\u00a039.2 billion euros per year<\/strong>, which is significantly less than\u00a0imports<\/strong>\u00a0from these countries, totalling around\u00a054.6 billion euros per year<\/strong>. There are substantial German, Austrian, and Swiss investments in Spain across virtually all industrial sectors, and vice versa.<\/p>\n
