Christian Krause, managing partner at Monereo Meyer Abogados, will participate as a speaker at the 71st DACH-Tagung, to be held in London from 24 to 26 September 2026.
Entitled “Exit: Modalities, Preparations and Deal Structuring”, his presentation will focus on the preparation and structuring of Exit processes, ranging from the decisions that should be taken in advance to the various available options and their subsequent integration into a transaction. The presentation will analyse the main legal and strategic aspects that may influence this type of transaction and the importance of early planning to manage the process effectively.
Christian Krause practises primarily in the areas of commercial and corporate law and M&A, regularly advising on domestic and cross-border transactions and, in particular, on investments relating to Spain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
