The meeting, which takes place from 12-15 October, will bring together numerous experts from Germany and other countries, representing academia, industry and the professions, and also from the European Commission, the European Patent Office, the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection, as well as the German Federal Court of Justice.
The participants will address current developments relating to intellectual property in Germany, Europe and at the international level, including the consequences of BREXIT for the patent regime, databases as assets and limitations placed on trademark law by antitrust principles. .
