Webinar – “New Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure (ADR) for Airlines in Spain and its Penalties”

30 May 2023 - Online

On 2 June 2023, a new alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure for airlines will come into force in Spain. The new system offers airline passengers who suffered incidents such as denied boarding, important delay or flight cancellation an alternative way to file their claims and obtain binding and enforceable resolutions. For airlines, participation in this new system is mandatory. The Spanish Aviation Safety and Security Agency (AESA) has been appointed as competent body for ADR claims in Spain.

Against this backdrop, we invite you to the webinar “New Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure (ADR) for Airlines in Spain and its Penalties” taking place on 30 May 2023. In the webinar, our expert lawyers for aviation law, Dr Sven Wassmer and Ricardo Cedrón Gragera, will provide you with the necessary information about the new procedure and the new obligations for airlines, so you can take the necessary steps to implement and comply with the new system.
