Ana Parés advises in Litigation and Competition. She specialises in complex litigation cases: conflicts of law, unfair competition, corporate, franchise and distribution disputes, arbitration and claims for damages arising from competition law violations. Furthermore, she has participated in the disciplinary, contentious-administrative and commercial proceedings involving the largest Spanish and international cartels.

With more than 15 years of professional experience in conflict resolution in multinational companies and family groups, Ana has advised clients as legal counsel in litigation matters at several law firms.

Ana is a collaborative professor at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and has been an associate professor at the Universidad Complutense and collaborative professor in the postgraduate master’s degree at Universidad Nebrija. She has published numerous articles in prestigious legal journals and monographs.

Ana holds a law degree, several postgraduate master’s degrees and a PhD in Law (cum laude). She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).

Ana has been recognised by Best Lawyers in the field of Litigation and Competition since 2023.
