Fábio advises corporate and private clients on Portuguese and international tax law.He is a member of the Bar Association of Portugal. In his private life, he acts as president of the general assembly of the Portuguese Federation of Modern Pentathlon (Federação Portuguesa de Pentatlo Moderno).

He studied law at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa and completed a post-graduate course in bioethics law.

Fábio has published several articles on the taxation of cryptocurrencies and the special tax regulations for so called “non habitual residents” (NHR).

He speaks Portuguese and English.
