It has been established with the aim of strengthening the development and defense of intellectual property rights, as well as collective management, promoting all types of initiatives in order to maintain and raise the degree of their protection.
Additionally, ADEPI will strive to promote the awareness of intellectual property and the understanding of intellectual property rights, encouraging activity from collective management agencies.
The association will be directed by Antonio Guisasola, president of trade group for Spanish recording industry PROMUSICAE.
