New Nonbusiness Days for Spanish Courts during Christmas Season

The Spanish government has established December 24th to January 6th of each year as non-business days as far as legal proceedings are concerned, with some exceptions for civil-law cases that are considered urgent. This new non-business period is in addition to the month of August as well as to the existing national, regional and local bank holidays.
