The Spanish Ministry of Finance is selling by public auction a complex of building in a prime area in the centre of Madrid.
Located on a plot of 13,065 m2, it occupies an entire block. The complex has a built surface area of 44,500 m2 used as offices, commercial premises and garage, divided into 94 registry properties which comprise the “lot” of the auction.
- Initial price: €196,000,000
- Minimum guarantee of 5% of the price (min. €9,800,000)
- Possible division of the payment price into 5 instalments
The deadline for presenting bids is 25 May 2019 (2 months from the day after publication in the Official Spanish Gazette or BOE).
The allotment of the auction will take place on 7 June 2019 through a public opening of envelopes.
