Alexandra Brik specialises in tax law and corporate law, focussing on family businesses in corporate restructuring projects, tax litigation matters and M&A transactions. She also assists high-net-worth individuals in all matters relating to tax and estate planning and advises corporate groups with national and international structures.

She has more than 14 years of experience advising private clients, companies, and corporate groups and has guided her clients in many projects, such as corporate restructuring and M&A transactions, as well as international tax planning and corporate succession cases.

Alexandra Brik is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). She also regularly contributes to legal articles and technical information notes on tax, corporate, and succession law matters and teaches courses at various institutions.

She studied law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Law and Tax Law from the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) in Barcelona, as well as an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.

She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
