Elsa Ochoa specialises tax law (international and national taxation).
She gives tax advice in general to high-net-worth individuals and supports them regarding the planning of their estate and tax obligations. Experienced in international tax matters, she guides national and multinational companies as well as investment funds in their real estate transactions in Spain and counsels them on international investment structures.
She studied law and politics at the Universidad CEU San Pablo and took the Master’s in Legal Practice with a postgrad as Business Expert at the same university. Furthermore, she obtained a Master’s in Tax Law and Tax Advice from the Centro de Estudios Financieros in Madrid and has completed several additional trainings and postgrads in a variety of tax matters.
She speaks Spanish and English.
