Fernando specialises in tax law (national and international taxation).

Fernando advises companies and other entities as well as individuals on national and international tax matters.

As tax advisor he has worked for 10 years in the Big Four, providing him with solid expertise in corporate tax, value added tax, non-resident income tax, personal income tax, property transfer tax and stamp duty, local taxes and special taxes matters. In addition to providing continuous tax advice to his clients, throughout his career he has participated in numerous due diligence and tax structuring projects, as well as in the tax review of contracts in share and asset purchase deals.

He is a member of the Lucena Bar Association.

Fernando holds a degree in Law and Business Administration (bilingual) from the University of Navarra, with additional training at Hong Kong University and Simon Fraser University (Canada).

He speaks Spanish, English and French.
