Monereo Meyer Abogados Expands Corporate and Real Estate with Three New Lawyers

Monereo Meyer Abogados, a law firm specialising in cross-border legal advice with a special focus on companies from German-speaking countries, continues to grow. The Real Estate Department welcomes Alexandra Eckhardt Francés, who will work at the Madrid office, while the Corporate and M&A Department welcomes Alberto Gómez de Guzmán to the Barcelona office and Diego Oxley Babsky to the Madrid office.

Alexandra Eckhardt Francés specialises in urban planning, zoning, real estate and construction law. She has been a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association (ICAIB) since 2015. Eckhardt Francés graduated with a degree in law from Universidad de Alicante in 2014. She is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in urban planning and zoning at Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Eckhardt Francés speaks Spanish, English, German and Italian.

Alberto Gómez de Guzmán specialises in commercial and corporate law as well as M&A. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and studied law and political science at the Universidad CEU San Pablo de Madrid. Gómez de Guzmán  also holds a master’s degree in telecommunications, data protection, audio-visual and information society law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He speaks Spanish, English, French and German.

Diego Oxley Babsky specialises in corporate and commercial law as well as M&A and has considerable experience negotiating all types of corporate and M&A agreements. A member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Oxley Babsky has a double degree in law and journalism from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He speaks Spanish, English and French.
