Vanessa is a Senior Tax Lawyer with solid experience in both national and international tax law, with a strong focus on tax litigation and taxpayer defence before the Spanish Tax Authorities.

She advises companies and individuals on complex tax procedures, including inspections, audits, VAT refunds, and appeals before administrative bodies and courts. She also advises startups and tech companies on tax incentives, internationalization plans, and optimization of their tax framework in Spain.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), Brazilian Spanish Chamber of Commerce (CCBE), of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the association Millennium (Private International Law).

Vanessa holds a law degree from Universidad de Zaragoza and a master’s degree in Legal Practice from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM).

She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.
