For more than 15 years, Nicolás has been practicing as Spanish lawyer, specialising in real estate, construction and planning law, as well as public procurement and contract law. He advises property developers, investors, owners and construction firms on complex property transactions, as well as on construction and development projects and public construction projects, helps them obtain planning permission and licenses, negotiates contracts and guides them through dispute resolution proceedings in real estate and planning law matters.
He studied law at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Zoning Law at Universidad CEU San Pablo. He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011.
In addition to Spanish, Nicolás provides counsel in English, French and German, enabling him to handle international transactions with ease and provide legal advice to clients in a multicultural environment.
With this new incorporation, Monereo Meyer Abogados is further expanding its real estate law practice and its focus on advising German-speaking companies on their investments and projects in Spain.
