Nicolás has been practising law since 2011, specialising in real estate, construction and planning law as well as contract law.

For more than 15 years, he has been counselling real estate developers, private and institutional investors, owners and constructions companies on complex real estate purchase and lease transactions. He requests licences and permits, intervenes in planning and urban planning proceedings and files the pertinent administrative and judicial appeals. Furthermore, he drafts and negotiates all types of purchase, lease and management contracts as well as other typical agreements of the industry. In addition to that, he handles damages claims for building and construction defects.

Nicolás has been a member of the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM) since 2011.

He graduated in law from the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, and prepared for diplomatic services for five years. Having made the decision to pursue a career as lawyer, he completed a postgraduate master’s degree in Urban Planning at Escuela de Posgrado de la Universidad San Pablo CEU.
