Christian Krause has been managing partner of the firm since January 2024.

Krause worked as a lawyer at Monereo Meyer Abogados between 2008 and 2014 and rejoined the firm in 2018.

He specialises in commercial law, corporations, mergers & acquisitions, commercial procurement and foreign capital investments in Spain and Latin America (particularly Costa Rica). He is an expert in the industry and trade sectors, as well as financial institutions and private equity.

He is a practising member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) and belongs to the Costa Rica Bar Association.

He has a degree in Economic Law from Universidad de Deusto, and completed further studies at Universität Hamburg and Universidad de Costa Rica.

Krause is a professor in the Master’s Degree in Economic Criminal Law taught at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
