Gustavo Yanes is in charge of the Tax Department.

He practices tax law (international and national taxation), and also works in contentious-tax proceedings and mergers & acquisitions.

He belongs to the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM), Executive Committee of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and is a full-time member in Madrid of WIRAS (Verbund für Rechtsanwälte und Steuerberater/International Association of Tax Lawyers and Consultants).

He is a Graduate in Law from UNED Tenerife and the University of Köln, with Postgraduate studies in Community Law, specialising in Economic Law, from Saarbrücken Europa-Institut; Masters in Tax Law/Taxation from Estudios Financieros. Gustavo Yanes is LLM in European Law and Sworn Translator in English.
