Natalia has been a practising lawyer since 2014, specialising in real estate and corporate law.
Her professional career has been characterised by providing legal advice to businesses, both as external lawyer and as an in-house counsel at international companies. She advises her clients on matters relating to commercial, contractual and real estate law, particularly in legal transactions with an international dimension. In addition, she serves as a non-board-member secretary for several companies and advises their governing bodies on corporate governance, compliance and management matters.
She is a member of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Bar Association (ICATF).
Natalia studied law at the Universidad de La Laguna and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Insolvency Law and Restructuring at the Centro de Estudios ICAM, specialised training in competition law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid as well as in taxation and tax law at the Universidad Europea.
She speaks Spanish and English.
